Milan Arsić-Daskalo (Cyrillic Serbian: Милан Арсић-Даскало; Kragujevac, Kingdom of Serbia, 1885 – Belgrade, Serbia, Kingdom of Yugoslavia, 1936)[1] was a Serbian painter who is little known,fogotten.[2] Milan Arsić-Daskalo studied at the Imperial Academy of Fine Arts in Moscow (1906-1908).[3]He was one of a number of artists of his era who studied in Russia.[4] Arsić-Daskalo also studied in Prague[5] at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Prague from 1908 to 1910, and then in 1913 with professor František Ženíšek.[6] Painter Milan Arsić-Daskalo also published a "Monograph of sights of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia" in 1935 that featured 46 reproductions of historical sights found throughout the country.[7][8] A foreword was written by professor M. Pavlović with opinions of painters Uroš Predić and Stepan Kolesnikoff.[9]
