Mijhaura is a small village of 263 hectares in Sapotra Tehsil in Karauli district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mijhaura depends on GANGAPUR CITY, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 65.12% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mijhaura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mijhaura's pin code is 322218[4], and village code is 01253100. The area of Mijhaura is segregated as 174.44 hectares irrigated area, 0.27 hectares unirrigated, the 70.15 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 18 hectare area not available for cultivation.
