Latisev Mihail Maksimovich (born November 20, 2003) is a Moldavian judoka, world junior judo champion. Participant of many international judo competitions, representing Republic of Moldova.

In August 2022, Mihail won his first big international medal, and a title of the world judo junior champion in Guayaquil, Ecuador.[1] Mihail Latisev is currently ranked #1 in the juniors world ranking list and #30 in the seniors according to the International Judo Federation World Ranking List. [2] Mihail's father brought him to judo when he was 6 years old. Despite his young age, he was very strong and active since the young age. In 2021 he won his first medal at the international circuit, bronze at the European Judo Cup in Bucharest, Romania. [3]

After winning juniors world title in Ecuador[4][5], Mihail started trying himself at the international seniors circuit. Performing at the first IJF Grand Slam in Abu Dhabi, he managed to get on the podium with a bronze medal. [6][7]
