Michael Angelo Zervos (Detroit, August 27, 1988) is a Greek-American.[1][2] filmmaker[3][4], author, and public speaker.
He holds the Guinness World Record for the fastest time to visit all sovereign countries (overall)[5][6] and the fastest time to visit all sovereign countries (male)[7][8]. He broke the record in 498 days, surpassing by American Taylor Demonbreun, who accomplished the feat in 554 days[9][10].
While traveling, he asked thousands of people across the world about happiness and recorded their responses[11][12][13]. He is currently writing a book to be published by Penguin Random House in 2026 titled Happiest[14][15]
