Mgahawani News Media was founded on 7th March 2017 by Ferdinand Khalea Madebe. The Company had its first office in Bamburi LakeView[4] before acquiring more offices at Vescon Bamburi [5] and Bamburi Mwisho [6].
The company started as an entertainment online Journal in 2017. In 2019, Management decided to make it a full news journal and was included to Google News [1] as a publisher after meeting all the requirements.
