Melanie Avalon is an American lifestyle guru, author, actress, podcaster and Do-it-yourself biology.[1] Avalon is the author of "What When Wine: Lose Weight and Feel Great with Paleo-Style Meals, Intermittent Fasting, and Wine".[2]
Career
Filmography
During her film career, Melanie Avalon has played Sarah Dutra in the Biography T.V. series documentary "Dead Wives" (2013)[3] and Cheerio in the musical film|musical comedy-drama television series Glee (TV series)|Glee (2013).[citation needed] She also appeared in a number of short films including "No More Chances" (2015), "Mother at Work!" (2015) and "Keeping Up with Mr Mulligan" (2016), among others. Avalon is credited as Assistant Director for working on three short films "Em", "What is This Night" and "Para Olivia".[citation needed]
Biohacking
Since 2017, she has hosted two podcasts, The Melanie Avalon Biohacking Podcast,[4] where she interviews specialists and experts in the areas of health, wellness, and biohacking, and The Intermittent Fasting Podcast (with the author Gin Stephens), where she explores fasting to combat various health issues such as metabolic diseases, obesity and more.[5]
