Mehgaon is a small village of 1688 hectares in Parbatsar Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mehgaon depends on Parbatsar, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 100.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mehgaon is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Mehgaon's pin code is 341512[4], and village code is 01870400. The area of Mehgaon is segregated as 152 hectares irrigated area, 859 hectares unirrigated, remaining 215.03 hectare area not available for cultivation.
