Meghniwas is a small village of 260 hectares in Rawatbhata Tehsil in Chittorgarh district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Meghniwas depends on Begun, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 9.20% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Meghniwas is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Meghniwas's pin code is 323304[4], and village code is 03557200. The area of Meghniwas is segregated as 33.1 hectares irrigated area, 35 hectares unirrigated, the 71.05 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 118.85 hectare area not available for cultivation.
