Meghan Chavalier (born March 22, 1969) is a transgender actress, author, singer and LGBTQ activist.

Biography

Meghan Chavalier was born and raised in Hurley, Wisconsin. Her career began in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her biggest success as a stage performer came when she performed in New Orleans, Louisiana at a club named Papa Joes on Bourbon Street where she was part of a rotating show where she was one of the main cast members who performed seventeen shows a week as the characters Madonna, Cher and Annie Lennox. As a transgender adult film star she starred in more than 200 adult movies. As a singer Meghan Chavalier used to sing in clubs in New Orleans, Louisiana, before moving to Hollywood, California, in 1995. Chavalier also appeared on the covers of many transgender magazines, such as: Girl Talk, Transformation, Transformed, Transformation Catalogs, Body Language, TV Epic.

She was one of the first transgender women to appear on the cover of AVN Magazine in December 1998.

Political Activism

Meghan Chavalier is a registered Democrat and has been vocally supportive of all Democratic candidates since the early 1990s. She has also been a vocal LGBTQ Activist since the late 1980s.
