Meethri is a small village of 1055 hectares in Nawa Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Meethri depends on Didwana, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Meethri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Meethri's pin code is 341533[4], and village code is 01767100. The area of Meethri is segregated as 975.26 hectares unirrigated, the 27 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 53 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Meethri has One post office (Mithri S.O) and Seventy Five public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Meethri has One bank and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Meethri is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 3906 and has total administration over 611 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Didwana and Nagaur to sell iron furniture and make their living.
