Meethi Nadi is a small village of 525 hectares in Chohtan Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Meethi Nadi depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 81.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Meethi Nadi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Meethi Nadi's pin code is 344702[4], and village code is 02259400. The area of Meethi Nadi is segregated as 81 hectares irrigated area, 325.1 hectares unirrigated, remaining 119 hectare area not available for cultivation.
