Meethi is a small village of 528 hectares in Gudha Malani Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Meethi depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Meethi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Meethi's pin code is 344704[4], and village code is 02195700. The area of Meethi is segregated as 4.94 hectares irrigated area, 401.92 hectares unirrigated, the 120.87 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Barmer to sell wool and make their living.
