The Medical Center of Louisiana at New Orleans (often abbreviated as MCLNO) was the name of two academic medical facilities located in New Orleans, Louisiana, in the United States. Both hospitals were a component of the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, also known as the LSU Medical School in New Orleans. The centre is located in the city of New Orleans.

Charity Hospital and University Hospital, which would eventually become known as Interim LSU Hospital, were the two institutions that provided medical care (ILH). Hurricane Katrina caused major damage to Charity Hospital, which led to the facility's closure. In the meanwhile, Interim LSU Hospital (ILH) underwent substantial renovations and reopened on November 20, 2006. Both of these locations were superseded on August 1, 2015 by the opening of a single new facility known as University Medical Center New Orleans.
