Meda Jageer is a small village of 1833 hectares in Sanchore Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Meda Jageer depends on SANCHORE, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 300.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Meda Jageer is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Meda Jageer's pin code is 343041[4], and village code is 02331600.
