Mr Md Bipul Nazir is the founder & Managing Director of H Healthcare Berhad Group, McClane Capital London, GreenLife Health Care Group, H Healthcare Clinics Group, H Medical Group and Executive Chairman at International Training & Development Institute (ITDI). He has been operating his business around the world for more than 10 years.
GreenLife Health Care today is recognized as one of the leading medical facilities in Malaysia. GreenLife Health Care is a subsidiary of Shanaz Marketing Concept Malaysia. It was established in July 2013. It is one of Malaysia’s leading medical facilities in providing preventive health care solutions.
In July 2013, GreenLife Health Care partnered with KPJ Hospitals Group, Malaysia’s premier integrated hospital service provider to offer “Comprehensive Medical Check-ups” that caters for both Malaysians and those who choose Malaysia as their preferred Health Tourism destination in Asia.
Mr. Nazir, a self-motivated and resourceful founding managing director for the group with a proven track record and ability to develop and motivate management teams in order to maximise company efficiency and profitability. Well experienced in leading and managing all sectors of the business to transform it into a dynamic and progressive organisation. He also possesses an excellent communication skill and is able to establish sustainable and profitable relationships with business associates, business partners, investors, customers, suppliers and stakeholders across the world.
Academic Activities
Conducted Preventive healthcare|Preventive Health Care and Health Care Awareness Camp in January 2019 at Universiti Sains Malaysia|University Science Malaysia (USM) Penang, attended by their entire teaching faculty mainly Professors, Lecturers and the Chancellor of the Institute as a guest of honor in attendance at the program. This in return helps to benefit the institute and their attendees mainly faculty staffs in learning and developing an understanding on early detection and preventive health care solutions in their daily life. As a result, University Science Malaysia’s (USM) teaching staffs can depart the acquired information after attending the program by sharing their knowledge on preventive health care education and solutions to their students, various departmental staffs and the community alike.
Organized a health care camp on Preventive Health Care, Lifestyle Changes and Annual Physical Wellness Health Screening at IVOY property group. More than 70 top officials and associates from the group attended the event. Mr. Bipul further showed his support by distributing more than 100 complementary health screening vouchers to their officials and associates for the purpose of health screening.
Conducted and participated in the annual dialog of Penang Centre of Medical Tourism Board at Komtar|KOMTAR (the state government office). He also participated by joining the committee to assist, analyze and contribute his feedback and to share his knowledge, ideas and core values to benefit the state government. The objective of his participation was to assist them in strategic planning in order to improve and increase medical tourism in Penang.
Participated with the South East Asian leaders, head of state and government top officials form South East Asian countries to discuss the possible solutions to the Rohingya (Myanmar Nationals) crises in Bangladesh. Lead a team of volunteers that included Rotary Club Medan, Indonesia to support more than 2000 Rohingya families by providing food aid. The event was held in 2017 at Istana Koki in Medan, Indonesia.
Joined in a collaborative discussion with Singapore government’s (Head of Mission) to discuss further possible ways to collaborate and to assist Singapore’s Health Care System in transforming them from Quality Care to Value Care.
Lead a team that participated in the discussion for the development process of the Cambodian health care system. Also, lead top government officials and teams in Malaysia during the Global Health and Travel conference. The objective of a team participation was to share knowledge and experience on the possible ways of developing Cambodian health care facilities and systems.
Met with the head of mission from the Vietnam Government and lead a team of experts to discuss the possible solutions to their difficulties and challenges currently faced by their health care industry.
Conducted research on Health Education and published a book on “Early Detection and Prevention” at GreenLife Health Care, Malaysia.
Mr. Bipul was also instrumental in educating staffs at many governments, private institutions, NGO’s, schools, colleges and universities about preventive health care and lifestyle changes.
