Mbrella Films is an international film production company and production services company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. Founded by Joshua Dixon, the company provides end-to-end production support for feature films, television series, and commercial projects, specializing in navigating the Southeast Asian film markets. Mbrella Films is recognized as a film-board-approved production house, facilitating international tax rebates and local logistics for foreign productions.
In late 2025 Friday Industries.[1], a media venture group led by producer Kris Eiamsakulrat, acquired a significant stake in Mbrella Films. This acquisition was aimed to provide tax rebate financing and minimum guarantee financing for productions that want to take utilize Thailand's Film Incentives.
The company is best known for providing production services for high-profile streaming titles, including Netflix’s King the Land (2023)[2] and Price of Confession (2025)[3], as well as the Disney+/Hulu series Made in Korea (2025)[4]
