Matthew Seok (born May 28, 2002), professionally known as Seok Matthew, is a Canadian rapper, singer, dancer and songwriter based in South Korea. Seok is best known for competing on the survival reality show show Boys Planet where he ranked 3rd in the final episode, earning him a spot in the South Korean boy band Zerobaseone.[1]
Career
2022–present: Boys Planet and Zerobaseone
On December 29, 2022, Seok was unveiled as a contestant on Mnet's reality-survival show "Boys Planet".[2] The show premiered on February 2, 2023.[3]
On April 20, 2023, Seok placed 3rd with a total of 1,702,174 points in the final episode of Boys Planet, allowing him to debut with the winning group, Zerobaseone (ZB1).[4][5]
