Matthew Paul Shoup, commonly known as Matt Shoup, is an American entrepreneur, author, martial artist, and keynote speaker.[citation needed] He is the founder and owner of M & E Painting and Roofing, M & E Real Estate Ventures, Life on the Lake, Shoup Commercial, and Sevilla Holdings and co-founder of Northern Colorado Jiu Jitsu and RiRy.[citation needed]
Career
He founded a painting company M & E Painting in 2005.[1]Shoup then established Shoup Commercial in 2008, M & E Real Estate Ventures in 2016, Sevilla Holdings in 2019, M & E Roofing Solutions in 2020, and Life on The Lake in 2021.
Shoup co-founded RiRy in 2010. At RiRy, he co-invented and patented the Pirate Patch Drywall Repair Tool in 2010 with RiRy cofounder David Sward.[1]
Shoup has been a real estate broker associate at C3 Real Estate Solutions since 2016. As of 2023, he owns M & E Painting and Roofing, Shoup Commercial, M & E Real Estate Ventures, Sevilla Holdings, and Life on The Lake.[2]
