Matthew Lederman (born July 8, 1977, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States) is a board-certified internal medicine physician specializing in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree in biology with distinction from the University of Michigan and his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He then completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Recognizing the need for a comprehensive approach to achieving optimal health, Lederman pursued additional training and education in Plant-based nutrition, Polyvagal theory, Somatic experiencing, and Pain Reprocessing.
