Matt Tommy (born, August 14, 1994) helps entrepreneurs scale high ticket offers to 6-7 figures a month without using paid advertising. He has helped scale multiple offers by building remote sales teams for high ticket online coaching offers.[1]

Matt has won many competitions in the swimming industry at three different levels, as well as a swimming and academics scholarship at Wollongong's Illawarra Grammar School from 2007 to 2010. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Canberra (UC) from 2013 to 2016, and then embarked on his entrepreneurial path after working for Toronto Dominion Canada Trust Bank (TD).

He is a well-known Canadian entrepreneur and pioneer in automated sales. He is a co-founder of Solutions With Scales Systems, a company that helps remote online high-ticket deals scale up using automated systems like the outbound SDRS (sales development representative) model. This model employs a one-of-a-kind recruiting method that teaches reps how to generate, prospect, nurture, book, and close calls on their own. It also has a sister company called Building Your Authority. This aims to provide a Richard Branson-style PR machine to inflate its clients' social evidence, allowing them to scale more quickly.

Early Life

Matt Tommy was born in Tokyo, Japan on August 14th, 1994. As a child he moved to Australia, where he grew up in Wollongong, New South Wales (NSW). From a young age Matt swam competitively at the regional, state and national level. Matt also enjoyed bodyboarding and playing Australian Rules Football. Matt Tommy attained a scholarship for swimming and academics at the Illawarra Grammar School in Wollongong, which he attended from 2007 - 2010, completing his NSW School Certificate.

Later, Matt attended Canberra Boys Grammar School from 2011 - 2012, where he attained the NSW Higher School Certificate. Matt Tommy attended the University of Canberra (UC) from 2013 - 2016, where he studied Biomedical Science and attained a Bachelor’s Degree. While enrolled at UC Matt completed a semester of study at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. Matt Tommy moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada in 2016, and is a Canadian permanent resident.[2]

Career

Between the ages of 16 to 22, Matt Tommy worked in bars, restaurants, hospitals, and pharmacies, while performing other odd jobs mainly to support himself through his college years. During this period of his life, Matt met several influential people who inspired him to take up entrepreneurship as a career choice.

In 2017, Matt entered the banking industry as a junior financial advisor with Toronto Dominion Canada Trust Bank (TD). Recognising that the banking industry did not satisfy his creative needs, and realising that there was more to his entrepreneurial journey he left this job in 2018.

Shortly thereafter, Matt Tommy commenced his own sales consulting business and started selling for some of the biggest online American entrepreneurs in the high ticket online coaching space. In this role Matt was responsible for selling courses valued between $2000 - $20,000. From here he developed into building remote sales teams for other entrepreneurs to scale their companies into the 6-7 figure a month range. Once this business reached a sustainable level, Matt partnered with Michael-Dallas-Petersen and Blake Toves to build the Sales Scaling Matrix. This revolutionary business partners with clients on a profit share basis and helps scale their offers online.

Sales Scaling Matrix was formed to assist remote online high ticket offers to scale up using automated systems such as the outbound SDRS (sales development representatives) model. This model utilises a unique hiring process, and trains reps to lead generate, prospect, lead nurture, book and close their own calls. Sales Scaling Matrix also offers its clients many other resources; such as virtual assistants that can prospect and book calls for clients, increasing LTV lifetime value of clients, offer structured coaching models (to make it extremely profitable for clients). Sales Scaling Matrix also operates its own upgrading systems, show up systems and conversion systems to increase cash and profitability while maintaining a lean business structure.

In addition to this, Sales Scaling Matrix leverages its sister company Building Your Authority to provide a Richard Branson type PR machine to blow up the social proof of its clients, making it quicker for them to scale. Lastly Sales Scaling Matrix employs tracking and data driven metrics to allow clients to be ahead of the curve and scale bigtime. Using the tools provided by Sales Scaling Matrix entrepreneurs can now operate fully remote and hands off, watching their business take off at a sustainable and scalable rate.

Building Your Authority - Drawing on his unique skill set Matt Tommy co-founded the company Building Your Authority with business partner Michael Dallas-Petersen in 2020. Building Your Authority assists entrepreneurs, brand names and individuals to elevate their brand through positioning them as the number one operator in their field. Building Your Authority features its clients, entrepreneurs and brand names in top 10 articles through their partnership with Yahoo Finance. In a recent interview Matt Tommy explained the philosophy behind his business involvements and the way he and his partners use the synergy generated between Sales Scaling Matrix and Building Your Authority: “Every offer I was brought in to consult on had broken through using inadequate systems and poor lead flow/quality. Personal Life

Matt Tommy keeps his personal life very private and is known to value the confidentiality of his friends and clients. There is not much direct information available due to the confidential nature of his work. However, it is known that Matt Tommy is currently single and has no previous marriages/engagements. He is extremely close to his mother and father. Matt Tommy currently resides in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
