Mathurawala is a small village of 185 hectares in Sanganer Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mathurawala depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mathurawala is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mathurawala's pin code is 302022[4], and village code is 01556700. The area of Mathurawala is segregated as 37.69 hectares irrigated area, 110.52 hectares unirrigated, the 12.02 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24.63 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
