In the field of business, the Master of Commerce (MCom or M Comm; also known as MagComm, or Mag. comm.) is a postgraduate master's degree that focuses on topics relating to commerce, accounting, management, and economics. The degree, like the undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce, is mostly provided in Commonwealth countries; however, it is also available in Spain and a few Latin American countries as well.

MCom graduates are often employed in industries that are connected to their degree specialisations, such as international commerce, financial services, marketing, and project management; however, graduates are also frequently engaged in general management and business consulting.

Programs are frequently designed in such a way that graduates are qualified to become members of a variety of professional organisations or institutions. In certain situations, the institutional qualifying programme itself may be provided as a Master of Business Administration degree (e.g. the Australian Institute of Public Accountants formerly offered its IPA programme as an MCom in Public Accounting prior to July, 2017.)

The Master of Commerce (MCom) degree programme includes a research component, which allows students to seek a doctorate. After completing the MCom, students may pursue a Doctor of Commerce (DCom), a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree programme.
