Martin W. Angler (born 1982) is an Italian science journalist and author.
Life
Angler writes features and essays on the environment, medicine and psychology for outlets like Aeon, the BBC, Scientific American (Blogs), GEO, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, NZZ Folio and Psychologie Heute.
He has published several books on science journalism with Routledge and Springer, two of which are on the book recommendation list of the Association of British Science Writers[1].
Angler is the founder and the editor-in-chief of Eurac Science Blogs, a scientific blog network at Eurac Research in Bolzano, Italy[2].
According to his own account, he has contracted Long Covid and ME/CFS in 2023, but continues to write.[3]
