Maria Petschnig[1] (born 1977 in Klagenfurt, Austria) is an Austrian artist and filmmaker. She is based in Brooklyn, New York. Her work frequently deals with memory, voyeurism, and confronts stereotypes and dominant ideals surrounding intimacy and gender.[2] [3]
