Marewara is a small village of 560 hectares in Asind Tehsil in Bhilwara district, also known as the Textile City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Marewara depends on Asind, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Marewara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Marewara's pin code is 311804[4], and village code is 02797600. The area of Marewara is segregated as 78 hectares irrigated area, 60 hectares unirrigated, the 170 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 252 hectare area not available for cultivation.
