He is the CEO and founder of Attention Grabbing Media (AGM), a Florida-based twice Inc 5000 listed SMM agency.[3][4] In 2020, because of the global pandemic, supported businesses financially by giving scholarships for digital marketing training.[5]

Early life and career

Manuel Suarez was born into a working-class family in a small town on the coast of Puerto Rico in 1981. As a child, Suarez was an award-winning tennis player. In his teen years, he got caught up with the wrong crowd and faced a drug addiction. In 2008, he was faced with economic hardship during the recession and declared bankruptcy.[6][7] After his tennis career ended, Suarez created his first Amazon-based e-commerce company.

In 2015, Manuel Suarez founded Attention Grabbing Media, a marketing agency that utilizes social media to build brand awareness and promote businesses.[3][4]

In 2020, he began a partnership with Shark Tank investor, Daymond John.[8]

In 2021, Suarez launched the AGM Ninja Lab, a training course in digital marketing.[1]

In 2023, he brought in Tom Cummins, founder of American Power and Gas, as an AGM partner.[9]

Business community involvement

In 2020, Suarez gave a free full scholarship to his Facebook Masters Course training and Coaching Program to help small businesses survive the global COVID-19 pandemic. In the course, small business owners learned digital marketing to keep their businesses afloat during the pandemic. More than 8,000 people received the scholarship for more than $16 million in two weeks after the start of the program. And the total amount of scholarships was $25 million.[5]

In 2022, Suarez launched bi-monthly marketing workshops available in-person at Attention Grabbing Media in Largo, FL, and streamed online on YouTube and Facebook.
