Manoj Menda (born January 7, 1971) is an Indian Entrepreneur, real estate investor and real estate developer. He is the Co-founder and Chairman of RMZ Corp a real estate development company based in Bengaluru, India.[1][2] He is listed among the 'World's 100 Most Influential Business Leaders' by The Wall Street Journal. He also served as the Governors for Infrastructure and Urban Development at the World Economic Forum.[3][4][5]

Early life and education

On January 7, 1968, Manoj Menda was born in Bangalore, India to Arjun and Asha Menda. Menda attended St. Joseph's European High School in Bangalore for his early schooling and pursued civil engineering at BMS College of Engineering, graduating with academic distinction. Later he completed his MBA in Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.[6][7][8]

Career

In 2002, Manoj Menda, in collaboration with his brother Raj, co-founded RMZ Corp a real estate company, headquartered in Bangalore, India. Manoj Menda is a member of the CEO Council of The Wall Street Journal and the World Economic Forum. In addition, he serves on the advisory boards of the Global Real Estate Institute and the Urban Land Institute.[9][10][11]
