Manoherpur is a small village of 168.1 hectares in Tulsipur Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Manoherpur depends on Pachperwa (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Manoherpur's pin code is 271215[4], and village code is 06677400. The area of Manoherpur is segregated as 141 hectares irrigated area, 9 hectares unirrigated area. the 18 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 141 hectare area not available for cultivation.
