Manoharpur is a small village of 386 hectares in Atru Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Manoharpur depends on Baran, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Manoharpur is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Manoharpur's pin code is 325207[4], and village code is 03883000. The area of Manoharpur is segregated as 259 hectares irrigated area, 78 hectares unirrigated, the 6 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 43 hectare area not available for cultivation.
