Manditya is a small village of 260 hectares in Bundi Tehsil in Bundi district, also known as a city of stepwells in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Manditya depends on KESHORAIPATAN, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Manditya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Manditya's pin code is 323803[3], and village code is 02766100. The area of Manditya is segregated as 55.71 hectares irrigated area, 98.67 hectares unirrigated, the 28.77 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 76.44 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of KESHORAIPATAN and Bundi to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
