Mandi Bhonra is a small village of 873 hectares in Shahbad Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mandi Bhonra depends on Shivpuri (M.P.), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mandi Bhonra is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mandi Bhonra's pin code is 325217[4], and village code is 03931700. The area of Mandi Bhonra is segregated as 52.4 hectares unirrigated, remaining 151.6 hectare area not available for cultivation.
