Mandakwana is a small village of 382 hectares in Sayla Tehsil in Jalor district, also known as Granite City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mandakwana depends on BHINMAL, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 20.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mandakwana is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mandakwana's pin code is 343022[4], and village code is 02275000. The area of Mandakwana is segregated as 189 hectares irrigated area, 146 hectares unirrigated, the 32 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
