Early life and education
Kramer was born in Freiburg, Germany, and moved to the United States on a basketball scholarship to attend Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. While there, he played for the Waves men's basketball team, majoring in economics and graduating as co-valedictorian in 2014. He later earned an MBA from Stanford University in 2018.
Career
Givvr
After graduating from Pepperdine, Kramer co-founded Givvr, a digital fundraising startup that allowed users to support nonprofits by watching sponsored video ads. Brands donated to charities for each completed view, and the platform partnered with organizations including Pencils of Promise, Action Against Hunger, and the Arbor Day Foundation.
Luxury Presence
In 2016, Kramer founded a software company that built marketing and AI tools for real estate professionals. The firm develops products for website design, content creation, advertising, and lead management, and gained early recognition through clients in the luxury real estate sector.
Between 2020 and 2025, the company expanded rapidly, raising multiple rounds of venture capital led by Bessemer Venture Partners and NextEquity, with participation from investors such as Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff, real estate coach Tom Ferry, and NBA player Dirk Nowitzki.
