Mali Khera is a small village of 127 hectares in Amet Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mali Khera depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 15.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mali Khera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mali Khera's pin code is 313330[4], and village code is 02993000. The area of Mali Khera is segregated as 15 hectares irrigated area, 32 hectares unirrigated, the 4 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 76.16 hectare area not available for cultivation.
