Majra Aheer is a small village of 366 hectares in Bansur Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Majra Aheer depends on BEHROR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 90.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Majra Aheer is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Majra Aheer's pin code is 301412[4], and village code is 00867000. The area of Majra Aheer is segregated as 229 hectares irrigated area, 118 hectares unirrigated, remaining 19 hectare area not available for cultivation.
