Majhola is a small village of 531 hectares in Shahbad Tehsil in Baran district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Majhola depends on Shivpuri (M.P.), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 40.29% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. Majhola is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Majhola's pin code is 325217[4], and village code is 03924700. The area of Majhola is segregated as 108.52 hectares irrigated area, 137.14 hectares unirrigated, the 71.08 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 82.22 hectare area not available for cultivation.
