Mahua Khera is a small village of 459 hectares in Bari Tehsil in Dholpur district, also known as the land of red stone in the State of Rajasthan, India.[1] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahua Khera depends on BARI, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[2] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 53.02% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Mahua Khera is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mahua Khera's pin code is 328041[3], and village code is 01127100. The area of Mahua Khera is segregated as 203.15 hectares irrigated area, 222.01 hectares unirrigated, the 14 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 19.77 hectare area not available for cultivation.
