Life and Works
Mehsan Khodakaram[3], a native of Mahshahr, is a versatile artist, excelling as both an actress and a makeup artist. She made her acting debut in Homayoun Es'haghian's series 'Lahzeye Garg o Mish'. However, her professional career in makeup artistry began in 2011 with the TV series 'Se Panj Do', directed by Hossein Seihelizadeh, where she showcased her talents alongside her acting. Recognized as one of Iran's top makeup artists, Khodakaram has transformed countless characters for both cinema and television.
Her impressive repertoire includes roles in series such as 'Dokhtarane Hava' and 'Enghelab-e Ziba, and she notably played the character of 'Mozghan' while also handling makeup design and execution in 'Lahzeye Garg o Mish. Khodakaram's talent has been acknowledged with a nomination for Best Actress at the Tehran Short Film Festival. In addition to her acting and makeup artistry, she is a skilled audiobook narrator, having lent her voice to works like 'Amanat-e Gandomzar' by Pari Gholami."
