Mahina Napoleon (born Mahina Anne Marie Napoleon, November 2nd, 2010[1]) is an American actress known for her work in television and theatre. She is of mixed ancestry including Chinese, Dutch, English, Filipino, German, Hawaiian, Irish, Scottish, and Spanish.
Early life and education
Mahina was born in Kaneohe, Hawaii on the Island of Oahu[2] to Jeff Napoleon, a businessman, and Amber Stone, co-owner of Mokuli Tax Services. Mahina began modeling at the age of 3 and has been involved in the performing arts since the age of 4, including singing, dancing, and acting. Offscreen, she runs track (hurdles). She has attended Windward Nazarene Academy, in Kaneohe, Hawaii, Le Jardin Academy, in Kailua, Hawaii, and also Kamehameha Schools.
Acting career
Mahina began acting at the age of 4, both on stage and television. In addition to commercials, she has appeared in several television shows.
Television
Mahina first appeared in commercials for Bank of Hawaii and Ka Malanai condominiums. Later, Mahina acted in recurring roles as Julie Tennant on NCIS: Hawai'i, and as Ginny on The Walking Dead: Dead City.
Stage
Mahina has performed at the Hawaii Theatre in productions including The Little Mermaid, Shrek the Musical, Moana, Hairspray, and The SpongeBob Musical.[3]
