Mahila is a small village of 143.1 hectares in Utraula Tehsil in Balrampur district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Mahila depends on PEHAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Mahila's pin code is 271604[4], and village code is 06704100. The area of Mahila is segregated as 101.91 hectares irrigated area, 21.75 hectares unirrigated area. the 123.67 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 20.46 hectare area not available for cultivation.
