Maharajpura is a small village of 660 hectares in Nawa Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Maharajpura depends on Nawa, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 200.00% of the total supply, Two tanks, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Maharajpura is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Maharajpura's pin code is 341509[4], and village code is 01902000. The area of Maharajpura is segregated as 217 hectares irrigated area, 200 hectares unirrigated, the 220 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 23 hectare area not available for cultivation.
