Malik Padgett (born July 24, 1972) is an American educator and businessman known for his contributions to media as the owner of Arano Media Group, LLC, and Urban Soul Grooves, an internet radio station. Malik Padgett is the author of Unintentionally Biased and Exposed and is employed as an educator within the Miami-Dade County School District. Malik Padgett was born in the Western Philadelphia Metropolitan region of York, Pennsylvania, to Jesse Padgett, a union factory worker, and Alexis Rankin (nee), an educator and business owner.
