Madhonagar is a small village of 264 hectares in Malpura Tehsil in Tonk district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Madhonagar depends on Malpura, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Madhonagar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Madhonagar's pin code is 304504[4], and village code is 02589700. The area of Madhonagar is segregated as 35 hectares irrigated area, 111 hectares unirrigated, the 105 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 13 hectare area not available for cultivation.
