Madeline McQueen (born Jacqueline Anne Webster; 8 June 1988) is an English actor, author and dancer. Madeline has also taught dance, had her own dance studio, and used to be a photographer for her own company alongside being a school photographer. Not only that, she has directed and written her own film projects and commercials. Madeline has been in many different productions ranging from films, television, theatre, voice over, interactive and online content. Although she has been in mostly indie projects, Madeline has bagged a few professional credits too. At the moment, she is also running her own Youtube channel as a Youtuber.[1]

Background

Madeline was born in Kent and raised in Bexley Village, then in Sidcup. She studied Theatre Arts at RoseBrudorf College in 2006. Madeline still lives in Kent but in a different area.[2]

Career

After Madeline started college in 2006, she also started Salsa dancing. Madeline had learned many dance styles over the years in schools, however, Salsa became the style Madeline took to and stayed with. She learned similar Latin styles, progressed to an assistant then became a Salsa teacher in 2012.[3]

Madeline became a freelance photographer in 2007 until 2009 when she got an apprentice job as a photographers apprentice taking school photos. She then left photography to concentrate more on her acting and dancing, only to come out of retirement on a couple of occasions for weddings and birthdays for her friends.[4]

In 2011, Madeline made her first film, a feature called The hitchhiker's Project. Her second project was a short film called Don't Move In which she made in 2019.

In 2015, Madeline started her writing career when she began writing her first novel, Anuanna. In 2020, she released a short book - The Real Haunted Stories of a Girl: 13 short ghostly stories.
