Madaura is a small village of 142.9 hectares in Iglas Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Madaura depends on Iglas (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Madaura's pin code is 202124[4], and village code is 01403900. The area of Madaura is segregated as 210 hectares irrigated area, 8 hectares unirrigated area. the 5 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Iglas (NP) and Aligarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
