Macee Binns is an American actress, playwright and screenwriter. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas and relocated to Los Angeles, California in 2009; where she launched her career in the entertainment industry.[1] She is best known for her roles in the films American Ultra (2015) and Miles Away[2] (2015). She also appeared as a series regular on the TV series Hangar 1: The UFO Files (2014).[3] With regards to her writing career,[4] Macee Binns is best known for her plays Row 28, published by JAC Publishing in 2017,[5] and Candi With An I, published by Heuer Publishing in 2016.[6] An original monologue take from Macee's play Stone Cold Sober was included in the Smith and Kraus annual theatrical book series: The Best Women's Monologues Of 2017.[7] In 2021 Macee's feature film screenplay Hand Twins was awarded the Semi-Finalist title at the Scriptation Showcase Screenwriting Competition.[8]
