Macdonald Chirara is an activist and the founder of Everlasting Technology, a renewable energy company in Zimbabwe.[1]

Early life and education

Chirara was born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He grew up in Marondera.

Career

In 2018, Everlasting Technology company was listed among 100 Next Startups in Africa by the IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, in cooperation with Egypt’s Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation (MIIC).[2] He was also recognized by the Society for Science and Public with the community innovation award.[3]
