In May 2023, he expressed concern over nationwide internet restrictions and their impact on freelancers and export-oriented online work.[2] In December 2022, he advocated policy support—including access to loans and healthcare—for freelancers and small digital businesses.[3]

In August 2024, he was quoted on the effects of proposed internet “firewall” measures on Pakistan’s IT sector and freelance community.[4] In January 2025, Dawn (Eos) reported his comments on how repeated connectivity disruptions undermine client confidence for trainees from his Multan-based platform.[5]

Through iSkills, Tanveer Nandla has organized training events and summits focused on freelancing and SEO, including an iSkills Youth Summit held in Multan in 2023.[6]
