Luke David Giddings, (Born May 6, 2002), is the current Mayor of Bishopville, South Carolina. Giddings made history when elected the youngest Mayor to ever serve in South Carolina. Giddings beat incumbent Mayor and former South Carolina House Member Grady A. Brown in an election held on May 9, 2023. Giddings is a politician and businessman.
Giddings is the President of Lee County Shared Hope Inc., Secretary of the Lee County Lions Club, and has also served on other civic boards. He graduated as an alumnus of South Florence High School and went on to study Business Management at Central Carolina Technical College.
