Lucy Wariara is a Kenyan entrepreneur, author, and enthusiast. she is the found of Recast Career Consultants (RCC), a creative agency that brings information to life using visuals and text. The company also creates products that inspire people to conduct their day-to-day activities with positivity. The product line known as Inspired is the symbol of possibility, capability, and influence.
With more than twenty years work experience, Lucy provides specialized expertise in knowledge and learning management, and communications. Through her work over the years, she provides career and business coaching and support to individuals and companies. She hold a degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship from the Kenya Methodist University, and a master's degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
Lucy is passionate about working with youth operating within the creatives industry. Through this initiative, RCC runs a youth program known as Your-Mentor Powered by RCC (Your-Mentor). The objective of Your-Mentor is to equip youth with information and resources so that they can be empowered to succeed as creative industry entrepreneurs.
Lucy is an author. Her first book titled The Sharp Entrepreneur is for people who want to use their talents to make money.
